If you want a quick copy of a graph:
Follow the steps to enter data into the calculator
and to create a graph. (Directions found on TI Calculator Document #1.) When the graph is on the calculator screen,
print the screen as described above.
If you want to pinpoint a particular
data point on the graph:
Trace along the graph until you reach the data point
that you want to record. (Directions found on TI Calculator Document #1.) The x and y values at that point will be
visible at the base of the graph. At
that point, print the screen as described above.
If you want to record the
information from the linear regression:
Determine the information describing the “best fit”
line for a linear graph. (Directions found on TI Calculator Document #1.) When
the information for the slope of the line and the y-intercept when x=0 is on
the screen, print the screen as described above.
Using
the Graphical Analysis Program for the TI Calculator
If
you would like to make a nice graph from the data in the calculator, it is
possible to transfer the data in the calculator to a graphing program on the
computer. Hook the calculator to the
grey GRAPH LINK cable of the Computer through the I/O port on the Calculator.
On
the Computer:
Double click on the GRAPHICAL ANALYSIS Icon on the
